Eurovision Song Contest 스웨덴 대표출신 팝듀오
ADAHL(아달)은 Simon Adahl과 Edin Adahl 두 형제로 구성된 스웨덴을 대표하는 프로듀서이자 팝&CCM 듀오이다. 2011년 썸뮤직코리아를 통해서 싱글 앨범 다수가 출시되어 국내 팝 애호가들과 첫만남을 가진 아달, 그들이 정규앨범 출시에 앞서 1년 여간 준비한 한국을 위한 노래를 보내왔다.
'썸뮤직코리아'를 통해 그들의 음악이 소개된 2011년 이후 한국에 대한 관심이 높아지며 여러 정보를 교류하던 중 한국의 분단과 역사, 정치, 종교, 경제 등 여러 뉴스를 접하면서 한국에 대한 애정이 커지게 되었고, 한국의 바라보며 우리에게 위로가 되기를 바라는 마음으로 가사를 붙여 'Pray for Korea'를 만들게 되었다.
음악을 통해 고통과 아픔을 위로하고자 하는 'ADAHL(아달)'이야말로 음악의 가치가 무엇인지를 증명하는 이 시대 최고의 진정한 아티스트라는 수식어를 붙이는데 전혀 손색이 없을 것이다.
